About Us

Lincoln Consulting, LLC was founded by Bill Lincoln in 2011 to meet the growing need in North America for industry experienced, third party certified, food safety specialists in the beverage, food, feed, packaging, storage & distribution and consumer products industries.

Prior to forming Lincoln Consulting, Bill worked at Anheuser-Busch for 24 years as a senior quality manager in several locations across the US including the corporate office in St. Louis, MO.

Bill has extensive experience in managing quality and food safety systems at the plant, corporate and international levels. Bill has successfully implemented food safety programs, including HACCP, CAPA, Internal Audit and GMP/Sanitation in large scale manufacturing facilities across the United States and Canada.

Bill is a certified lead auditor for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, the BRC Global Standard for Packaging & Packaging Materials, the FSSC 22000 Global Food Safety standard for food & packaging and is an experienced industry consultant for BRC Storage and Distribution, BRC Consumer Products, EFISC, FAMI-QS and GMP+.

Bill was the first consultant in North America to receive BRC Registered Consultant recognition for the BRC Packaging & Packaging Materials standard and was the third consultant in the North America to receive BRC Registered Consultant recognition for the BRC Food standard.
